Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Al Hidayah Islamic Preschool. This position includes managing staff, maintaining facility standards, implementing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Center Manager will also oversee student admissions, communicate with parents, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in preschool management
- Ability to create and implement educational programs
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, however applicants with experience are encouraged to apply
- Posess a driving license
