Job Description

We seek a highly organized, self-directed Center Receptionist to serve as the central hub connecting mental health professionals and clients.This role is ideal for independent workerswho thrive with minimal supervision. You'll manage administrative operations, client communications, payments, and confidential records while ensuring seamless support for our care team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support & Operations:

  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, equipment, and workspace organization.
  • Work autonomouslyto prioritize tasks with limited oversight.

Client Liaison & Scheduling:

  • Serve as primary contact for clients: schedule sessions, answer inquiries, and relay information.

Payment Processing:

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment tracking with accuracy.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

  • Maintain confidential client records (treatment plans, session notes, insurance data).

Case Coordination:

  • Support client intake/discharge processes and coordinate with external agencies.

Communication & Follow-Up:

  • Facilitate clinician-client updates and conduct progress check-ins.

Work Schedule & Expectations

  • Full Time: Mon Fri, 10am 7pm
  • Part Time: Sat, Sun, PH, 10am 7pm

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome!Administrative/case management experience (especially in healthcare)preferred.

Key Skills

  • Self-sufficient: Excels working independently (80%+ of the time).
  • Exceptional organizational skills & meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
  • Ability to communicate in 3 languages will be prioritized (English, BM, Mandarin).
  • Strong communication skills for professional/client interactions.
  • Discretion with sensitive/confidential information.
  • Proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

  • Primarily autonomous rolein a structured setting. Limited supervision; self-direction required.
  • Fast-paced with quiet, focused periods between client/clinician interactions.
