Job description
1. Creative & Visual Development:
- Creative ideation and execution for Ant International's brand communications, including video ads, OOH advertising, and digital content. Translate strategic insights into impactful visual solutions
2. Systematized Brand Management:
- Develop standardized workflows and scalable visual assets for Alipay+ global campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring brand consistency
3. Supplier Collaboration:
- Manage external vendors by providing clear creative direction and quality control to guarantee high-caliber deliverables.
4. Industry Excellence:
- Produce award-winning cases that achieve business goals while demonstrating professional expertise.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and artistic sense.
- 3-5+ years of experience in internet/advertising industries, with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and AIGC tools to independently deliver high-quality layouts and storyboards.
- Proficient in English for global content creation and cross-timezone collaboration; Chinese communication skills required for daily work.
- Hands-on experience with traditional and digital production pipelines, plus proven track record managing full-cycle advertising campaigns with documented case studies.
- Preferred: Design background in payment/financial products or international advertising scenarios with successful overseas campaign results.
