The CEO will lead a fast-moving consumer goods company with end-to-end responsibility across brand building, commercial growth, and operational execution. The role focuses on scaling market share, strengthening distribution, and driving product innovation across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Brand Leadership:
- Drive brand positioning, marketing strategy, and product portfolio growth to capture market share.
Sales & Distribution:
- Expand general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce channels; optimize route-to-market strategies.
Product Innovation:
- Lead pipeline development, new product launches, and category expansion aligned with consumer trends.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee supply chain, demand planning, and inventory optimization to support high-volume turnover.
Market Expansion:
- Grow regional footprint through distributor partnerships and localized go-to-market strategies.
Financial Ownership:
- Manage margins, pricing strategies, and cost structures in a competitive FMCG environment.
Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven senior leadership experience (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles with exposure to multi-functional business operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L management experience.
- Experience driving business transformation, growth strategies, and operational scaling.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cross-border business operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong FMCG experience (food, beverage, FMCG etc)
- Proven success in brand scaling + distribution expansion
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour & go-to-market strategy
