Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Payroll Professional, located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and maintaining up-to-date payroll records. Responsibilities also include handling employee queries related to payroll, preparing payroll reports, and collaborating with other departments for seamless payroll operations. The Certified Payroll Professional will be expected to maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in payroll processes, tax calculations, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations
• Experience with payroll software and tools for streamlining operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee and team interactions
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a must have
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with integrity
• Familiarity with payroll-related labor laws in Malaysia or applicable jurisdictions
