About the Role
We are partnering with a regional financial services group embarking on a large-scale Finance Transformation involving the implementation of Oracle and Coupa systems across multiple markets.
We're looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist who can lead the adoption journey — ensuring user readiness, smooth transition, and long-term process integration across regional business units.
You'll play a pivotal role in connecting technology, finance, and people — turning transformation plans into sustainable behavioral and operational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments across regions and functional areas.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, building strong partnerships with senior leaders and local teams.
- Oversee training, workshops, and enablement sessions to support user adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics and feedback, refining the change playbook for continuous improvement.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent change initiatives to ensure alignment and delivery success.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in change management, transformation, or consulting roles.
- Proven experience in large-scale finance or ERP system implementation (Oracle, Coupa, SAP, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
- Good understanding of finance processes and systems integration.
- Prosci or equivalent certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in regional or cross-market projects is highly preferred.
