Change Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performing a role of Dedicated Change Coordinator (Bilingual in English/Mandarin) and develop and maintain Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance documents (process, roles & responsibilities).
- Facilitate communications amongst change requestors, project teams, implementors and the CAB.
- Schedule, facilitate, and moderate weekly CAB meetings.
- Perform assessment, categorization, and assignment of all incoming Change Requests (CRs) using the Client provided ITSM tool
- Ensuring timely and complete impact analysis and implementation planning by assigned engineers.
- Consolidate and present change requests and impact assessments to the CAB for review. Change Request Log and Impact Assessments
- Track the implementation of CAB decisions and address any roadblocks.
- Maintain order and ensure all viewpoints are considered before CAB.
- Document CAB decisions and action items effectively
- Distribute CAB minutes and action items to all stakeholders.
- Maintain a historical record of all CAB activities and decisions in a designated repository
- Review all RFCs in the Change Technical and Quality Review phase
- Organizes & participates in chairing of CAB meetings.
- Reviews approval responses and moves RFCs to implementation phase.
- Performs PCR of all failed Changes and executes appropriate follow-up actions.
- Coordinate for all the activities in case of Emergency Changes.
- Makes recommendations for Process Improvement activities and (where approved) drives this through to implementation.
- Ensures adherence to the Change Management process
- Clear understanding of SLAs and KPIs associated with Change management
- Customer support towards the change workflow till the RFC closure
- Reporting and analysis skills in ITSM tool and power BI reporting.
