What You'll Be Accountable For
Change Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned to Coupa and Oracle implementations
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments across people, process, and systems
- Translate transformation objectives into clear, actionable change plans
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Map and manage complex stakeholder landscapes across regions
- Secure senior leadership buy-in and maintain momentum throughout delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to project and business leaders
Communications & Training
- Drive structured communication plans (town halls, newsletters, FAQs, leadership messaging)
- Own training strategy from needs analysis to delivery (workshops, e-learning, coaching)
- Ensure users are equipped, confident, and ready before go-live
Adoption, Resistance & Performance
- Identify resistance early and neutralize it with targeted interventions
- Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness
- Lead post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement
Leadership & Portfolio Oversight
- Lead and mentor a change team
- Manage multiple concurrent change initiatives and priorities
- Build and continuously refine the change management playbook
What You Bring
Experience
- 710 years of solid change management experience
- Proven delivery in large-scale finance system implementations
- Strong grounding in change tools: stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, adoption KPIs
- Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Consulting, transformation, or project management exposure is a plus
- Insurance or asset management experience is advantageous, not mandatory

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prosci or equivalent change certification preferred
