Change Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager with a strong background in software development to join our dynamic team at Tech Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in managing change initiatives within software projects, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex environments and drive successful change management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage change management initiatives for software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions during changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports on change management progress to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in change management and software development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in change management, particularly in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Qualifications:

• 5 7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on software development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives.
