Position: Change Manager Microsoft 365 Technical Adoption

Role Purpose
We are looking for aChange Manager with Microsoft 365 expertiseto bridge the gap between technical implementation and user adoption. This role ensures that M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.) are successfully adopted by translating technical capabilities into practical change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead change management activities for M365 rollouts, migrations, and feature updates.
- Assess impact, identify stakeholders, and develop communication and training plans.
- Track adoption metrics and adjust strategies to ensure sustained usage.
Technical Advisory
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business usersexplaining M365 features, limitations, and readiness in simple, non-technical terms.
- Provide guidance on licensing, technical setup, and feature availability based on tenant configuration.
Enablement & Collaboration
- Work with project and business teams to create user scenarios, training materials, and onboarding content.
- Review materials for technical accuracy and alignment with user needs.
- Facilitate workshops and adoption planning sessions with clients and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on M365 roadmap and feature releases.
- Share insights with teams to improve adoption approaches and technical setup.
Requirements
Experience
- 4+ yearsworking with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
- Experience inchange management, adoption, or digital transformationinitiatives.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiar withMicrosoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Apps, and Copilot.
- Understanding ofM365 licensing modelsand how technical setup impacts user experience.
Change Management Skills
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 certification required(e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or equivalent).
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
