Job Description

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented professional to lead channel management and business development initiatives. The role focuses on maximizing market coverage, driving BU-specific offers, aggressively hunting for new pipelines & opportunities, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.

  1. Channel Management (Primary Focus)
  2. Develop, manage, and expand a strong network channel partners.
  3. Define and execute channel strategies to improve market penetration and sales performance.
  4. Drive channel engagement through regular business reviews, promotions, and joint activities.
  5. Ensure channel partners are aligned with company objectives, BU priorities, and pricing strategies.
  6. BU Offer Promotion & Coordination
  7. Act as the key commercial driver to promote Schneider offers.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to understand product value propositions and target markets.
  9. Ensure effective execution campaigns, launches, and cross-selling initiatives through channels.
  10. Monitor performance and recommend actions to improve sales effectiveness.
  11. Electrical Industry Sales Execution
  12. Lead selling activities of power product including LV/MV equipment, components, solutions, and related systems.
  13. Identify customer needs, propose suitable technical-commercial solutions, and close business opportunities.
  14. Maintain strong customer-facing presence with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, panel builders & end users.
  15. New Opportunity Hunting & Business Development
  16. Aggressively identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities, projects, and customers.
  17. Proactively explore untapped segments, industries, and geographies.
  18. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear tracking of opportunities.
  19. Execute strategic account acquisition plans and penetration strategies.
  20. Market Analysis & Customer Relationship Management
  21. Conduct ongoing market analysis to track trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer behavior.
  22. Provide actionable market insights to commercial and marketing teams.
  23. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  24. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical or other related field.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years of sales or channel management experience in the electrical products industry.
  3. Proven track record in channel sales, account management and business development.
  4. Strong hunting mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and projects.
  5. Solid understanding of electrical market dynamics, competitors, and sales cycles.
  6. Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
