Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with telco key accounts and their channel teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison for daily communication, conflict resolution, and business planning.
- Conduct structured dealer engagement sessions to align on, Dealer buy price / cost, Suggested Retail Price (SRP), Profit margin structures, Negotiate and finalize volume-based discounts, rebates, or trade term agreements.
- Ensure alignment with internal pricing strategies and profitability goals.
- Develop monthly or quarterly promo mechanics (e.g., top-up cashback, device bundle offers, referral incentives).
- Work with marketing teams to prepare and roll out channel-facing promotion materials.
- Review promotion effectiveness and adjust future plans based on data and market response.
- Analyze sales reports, and prepare updates for internal management and telco partners.
- Highlight risks and propose corrective action when KPIs are off track.
- Coordinate on new product launches, price updates, or promo rollouts.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years experience in key account, dealer, or telco channel sales.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with telco products (prepaid/postpaid SIM, data plans, device bundles).
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
- Able to travel to dealer locations and conduct on-site visits if required.
- Mandarin speaking candidate to communicate effectively with our mandarin speaking stakeholder.
