As our Channel Executive, you are the tactical engine driving our physical store performance. You won't just be sitting behind a desk; you'll be the bridge between Marketing, Operations, and our Landlords, ensuring our coffee is the first thing people see and crave when they enter a neighborhood or mall.
Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or equilvalent.
- Experienced: You have 12 years supporting store marketing, promotions, or local campaigns in F&B or Retail sector.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Landlords)
- Proactive and with a keen eye for detail to identify opportunities to improve store performance
- Ability to confidently negotiate with Landlords for better visibility or shared marketing costs will be a plus
Job Role:
- New Store Openings (NSO): Brief the creative team for social media hype content and manage the rollout of all POSM materials so Operations is ready for a seamless launch.
- Local Store Marketing (LSM): Identify stores with revenue gaps and execute tactical rescue plansranging from targeted promotions to neighborhood flyer distributions by our Baristas.
- Landlord Relations & Joint Campaigns: Proactively build relationships with mall management to secure promotion budgets and launch joint marketing collaborations.
- Hyper-Local Visibility: Own the Store Radius. You'll ensure there is enough brand communication (signage, banners, displays) in the surrounding area to drive foot traffic and ensure we are impossible to miss.
- Analyze promotion performance and recommend improvements.
