Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Manager to develop, manage, and grow our partner ecosystem. The Channel Manager will be responsible for recruiting, assisting, and supporting channel partners (distributors, resellers, and agents) to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills, experience in indirect sales channels, and the ability to create mutually beneficial partner programs.

Your work life:

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners and agents.
  • Manage existing channel partners to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and provide necessary support or corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue and volume targets.
  • Address partner issues, resolve conflicts, and provide ongoing support to enhance partner satisfaction.
  • To provide training on products, services and sales strategies.
  • Support partners in pipeline development, deal registration and closing opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market visits, flyers seeding, door to door activities, roadshows and
  • increase brand presence of the assigned territory.
  • To maintain the building intel for the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new potential area and work with coverage team for coverage expansion.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing or building partner networks.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
