Job Responsibilities:

Partner Communication & Engagement

  • Communicate and engage with channel partners on marketing playbooks, promotional plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Share regular performance updates, partner targets, and key program announcements.
  • Coordinate partner certification programs, including promotion, tracking, and completion follow-up.
  • Announce and align partner targets to ensure clarity and commitment.

Partner-Led Events Management

  • Organize and manage partner-led events, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and partners to define event objectives, target audiences, and messaging.
  • Support partners before and during events to ensure smooth execution and brand alignment.

Post-Event Follow-up & Enablement

  • Follow up on deal registrations generated from partner-led events to support pipeline conversion.
  • Guide partners on the claim submission process after partner-led events, ensuring compliance with program policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and B2B marketing strategies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
