Key Responsibilities:
Channel Marketing & Retail Execution
- Develop and execute retail launch activities, channel campaigns, and promotional initiatives across multiple product categories.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams to drive effective in-store product visibility and brand exposure.
- Coordinate the development and deployment of marketing materials and retail assets, including POSM, display fixtures, product catalogues, and store branding elements.
- Manage dealer store development and retail display implementation, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, dealers, and global teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of channel marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Customer Experience
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of customer experience programs.
- Manage and update ASUS business listings in Google My Business to ensure accurate and consistent store and brand information.
Marketing Budget & Vendor Management
- Support marketing budget planning and application processes to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain marketing budget utilization records, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and registration processes to support marketing projects and operational compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or a related role.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
