Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven IT Channel Management Specialist to manage retail partners and drive growth across notebook and desktop channels. This role focuses on channel execution, partner engagement, sales performance, and retail expansion, while ensuring strong in-store visibility and effective program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle retail channel partner management in all segments (IT Channel, notebook and desktop)
- To manage rapport between channel partners and distributor
- Retail expansion & market expansion
- Identify key partner management
- Handling IT channel within an assigned region to ensure ASUS IT market and retail expansion.
- Ensure retailer is well communicated on all program that is run by ASUS and providing retail support to each tier of retailer.
- Analysis of market competitor price movement and propose to management on price positioning.
- Channel Execution and retail channels development
- Monitoring partners sell in and sell thru
- Achieve/ exceed sales target
- Keep track on the performance and progress
- Expansion business
- Recruiting Partners – Kiosk / Store
- Programs / roadshow
- Sales & Products Training
- Ensure products visibility at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum STPM/Diploma or above qualification with at leastone year working experience preference to Business, Marketing field.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Able to communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to detail.
