Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through the management of channel partners, executing effective sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service. The candidate will oversee the development and execution of channel sales programs, monitor performance, and ensure that goals are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners, with a strong understanding of partnership dynamics and relationship building
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving sales targets and developing effective strategies
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on addressing customer needs and fostering long-term relationships
  • Ability to analyze sales data, provide actionable insights, and track performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
