Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, overseeing channel sales operations, and managing customer satisfaction initiatives. The role requires identifying new partnership opportunities, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Channel Sales, building and maintaining Channel Partner relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Strong abilities in Customer Service and fostering client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, leadership experience, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry and trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
