We're seeking a Sales/Channel Expansion Manager to build and grow the company's distributor network and strengthen market presence. This role suits proactive sales professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

Channel Expansion Manager

Job Overview:

Responsible for the company's brand channel development, construction, and sales management in the Malaysia market. Ensure the company's sales and market expansion goals are achieved through effective partner management, distribution strategy, and execution excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and manage the company's sales channels in Malaysia.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors and retail partners.
  • Lead channel sales planning and execution to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitors, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Implement effective channel policies, promotional programs, and incentive schemes.
  • Conduct field visits to support distributors and ensure alignment with brand

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel development, distribution, or retail management (home appliances industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders/partners.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
