Job Title: SME & Enterprise Channel Sales
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SME & Enterprise Channel Sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition and management of channel partners, focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger enterprise Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies for SME and Enterprise markets.
Identify, recruit, and manage key channel partners to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales targets, promotional campaigns, and product offerings.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide sales support and training to channel partners.
Track and report on sales performance against targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in channel sales, with a focus on SME and Enterprise markets.
Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience working in ICT industry.
Fluent in English. Can speak Chinese is preferred.
