  • Lead sales initiatives for the company's products in Malaysia.
  • Develop and manage a strong channel partner network, including recruitment, enablement, and performance management.
  • Drive business growth through strategic sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and solution teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirement

  • 25 years of proven sales experience, particularly in the Malaysian market.
  • Strong network and experience working with channel partners and system integrators in Malaysia.
  • Deep understanding of cloud communication technologies and enterprise networking needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
