Role Description

We are seeking a Channel Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Shah Alam. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with channel partners, drive sales performance, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through collaborative initiatives. You will also provide top-notch customer service, ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and work to achieve sales targets and business goals. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Channel Sales management and working with Channel Partners
  • Proficiency in sales strategy execution and achieving business targets
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in market trend analysis and strategy development is an advantage
