Strong understanding of Utility System (Electrical). Candidates should be able to help operation team to troubleshoot problem in terms of mechanical & electrical aspects.
Good hands-on capabilities.

Must have basic Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.
Competent person for Electrical Chargeman at least A0 & registered in Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
Experience in SCADA System will be advantage.
Preferred minimum Diploma holder in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical or its related field.
However, those with SPM but with more than 5 years of working experience in Facilities environment will also be considered.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in MNC manufacturing industry.
Job Description:
Control & monitor Mechanical & Electrical by SCADA System.
1st respond for any complaint, system breakdown, system failure & emergency issue. Feedback to related System Owner.
Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to Yearly Master Plan and ad hoc activities from time to time. This may include outside of normal working hours if needed.
Round & reading for related system & update in system.
Fill in checklist for any system service or PM.
Replacement of consumables and parts related to each system.
Help onsite engineer to troubleshoot problems at site.
Help and monitor vendor for outsourced job to ensure no interruption to running system.
Communicate with Control System for any related system
Ensure no interruption to production and compliance to DOE/DOSH/ST.
Help onsite engineer during system shut down and start up.
Inventory management & update to System Engineer.
To be alert on any abnormal changes that may happen to system as this may be the signs of equipment/instrument/mechanical parts failure & update to System Engineer.
Work closely with own team members and operation team to achieve individual and PM team goals.
Part of member of Environment Safety and Health (ESH) and Emergency Response Team.
To perform any other tasks as and when required in align with company dynamic business environment as assigned by superior.
Ensure safe and environmentally friendly working conditions and procedures.
Implementation of all safety relevant topics regarding designated area into work instructions
Participate in regular teaching and training on hazards in work area.
