Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chargeman A1, based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Chargeman A1 will oversee the maintenance and operation of electrical and heavy equipment, ensure compliance with safety standards, and perform routine inspections. The role also involves coordinating with team members, addressing maintenance issues, supervising technical staff, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency within the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities to lead teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in handling and operating Heavy Equipment and performing routine Maintenance.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Carpentry and general repair work.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Relevant certifications for Chargeman A1 and compliance with local safety regulations.
