Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform data analysis to uncover gaps and improvement areas in chatbot performance and KPIs
  • Assist in designing conversational flows with conditional logic to enhance chatbot solutions (training and guidance provided)
  • Support the implementation of chatbot solution enhancements
  • Perform ad-hoc problem solving to address chatbot-related issues

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science and AI relevant disciplines
  • Fresh graduates within 6 months of graduating will also be considered
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and BM
  • Self-motivated & has the passion to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to commit to a 3-6 months internship
