Summary
You will be responsible in preparing and presenting consistently high-quality dishes for the hotel's all-day dining restaurant. You will manage a specific section of the kitchen, oversee junior associates and ensure that all food served meets brand and hygiene standards. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth culinary operation throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume all-day dining kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, buffet and à la carte service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Food safety and hygiene certification required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
