Job Description:- Support the Head Chef in always ensuring smooth operation of kitchen and prompt service.
Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors and use all equipment, tools and machines appropriately and assist in inventory taking.- Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and portion sizes accurately and waste control.
Ensuring sanitation and safety standards
- Supervise kitchen crew in cleaning duties
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management, head chef or senior
Ability to work well in a team- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation
Passion foe delivering great food and service
- Multitasking and organizational ability
Good time management skills to complete much tasks and meets set targets- Possess attractive personality and can communicate well.
Available to work shifts
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
