Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our Senior School team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international curricula and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching that inspires and challenges students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Chemistry lessons

• Inspire, motivate, and challenge students to achieve high academic standards

• Maintain a positive and effective classroom environment

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

• Contribute to curriculum planning and academic development

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

• Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject (Chemistry)

• Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience

• Experience teaching international curricula (e.g., VCE, CAIE, IB, IEB or equivalent)

• Excellent command of the English language

Additional Information

• Teaching load: Up to 22 lessons per week (within a 30-period timetable)

• Class size: Approximately 15 students
