A well-established local organisation with a strong footprint across multiple markets is seeking an experienced corporate leader to join its executive team. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and strategic expansion, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping its long-term direction and value creation agenda. Based in Selangor, this role pays up to RM55k basic.

Your new role

Reporting directly to senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will lead the corporate function of the business across multiple markets, overseeing mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, governance, legal, corporate secretarial matters, and shareholder-related activities. This is a highly visible leadership role that will drive growth initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, support corporate transactions, and ensure strong governance practices across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience leading M&A, corporate finance, investments, or strategic transactions at a senior leadership level.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal and regulatory matters, and stakeholder management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to engage with boards, investors, shareholders, and executive leadership teams.
