Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the crypto division of Monfi Digital Bank, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The CEO will oversee daily business operations, lead the company's strategic planning and business planning initiatives, drive sales and growth efforts, manage financial operations, and ensure the efficient administration of operations. The CEO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, establish goals, and achieve operational excellence. Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Expertise in Finance and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Strong sales skills and experience in driving growth efforts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector is a plus
