Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle design, develop, test, deploy & maintain mobile and web applications
- Architect system infrastructure ensuring security, scalability, and top-tier performance
- Manage and improve application UI/UX in collaboration with design and operational teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform continuous upgrades and enhancements
- Stay updated with evolving technologies to maintain product competitiveness
- Take executive-level ownership of Alphatac's strategy, operations, and future roadmap
- Build and lead the internal tech team to support company growth
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile and web application development
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages & frameworks (e.g., Swift/Obj-C, Kotlin/Java, Flutter, React Native, Full Stack experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of backend/API integration and cloud technologies
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive a product from concept to launch
- Experience in fintech or CRM systems is a strong added advantage
- Independent, innovative, and business-minded
Compensation
- Competitive senior-level remuneration package
