Key responsibilities

Leading the overall financial strategy, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital deployment to support sustainable growth
Strengthening financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise‑wide risk management
Acting as a strategic finance partner to commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to drive profitability, pricing effectiveness, and cost optimisation
Overseeing core finance functions including reporting, treasury, cash flow management, audit, tax, statutory compliance and internal control
Managing relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions, including corporate reporting and disclosures
Supporting ESG and sustainability reporting in line with regulatory and investor expectations
Driving finance transformation initiatives, including ERP improvements, automation, analytics, and performance dashboards
Building and leading a strong finance team while continuously improving financial processes and systems
Shape and guide financial strategies for M&A, expansion, and capital investments to strengthen business scalability and growth ambitions
