Morgan Philips is representing a leading listed FI with its confidential search for a CHRO. This position sits in KL and reports directly to the Group CEO.
You will be leading a team of 14 headcounts across:
- People and culture transformation: Drive end-to-end people and culture transformation, aligning talent strategy, organizational design, and culture change to business objectives
- Talent Management: Building and executing hiring and retention strategies. You will be creating a strong EVP and brand to attract the best talents in the market.
- Performance Management: Developing customized frameworks to measure and enhance individual and team performance across the organization.
- Learning & Development: Curating training and upskilling programs to build internal capabilities and leaders.
- Culture: Driving initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and collaborative environment
Who we are looking for:
- SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI-SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
- Ideally experienced in leading all HR functions within financial institutions (experience working with BNM)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
