BettingJobs is working with a multi-brand B2C operator who are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join their team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Oversee daily platform operations including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, Lottery, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Product, Marketing, Risk Control, Payments, Customer Service, and Tech teams.
- Own P&L responsibility for the platform.
- Optimize bonus strategies, promotional structures, and margin control.
- Drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation strategies.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance user experience and feature innovation.
- Analyze competitor performance and industry trends.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional operational teams.
- Build scalable operational processes and SOPs.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and business performance analysis.
- Conduct data analysis and performance optimization.
- Responsible for profitability targets.
Essential Requirements:
- 3 years or above (B2C) platform management experience.
- Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, casino RTP models, bonus abuse prevention, and payment ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of user lifecycle management and retention strategy.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Fluent English required, additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of Philippines market preferred.
- Strong data analysis and leadership skills.
- Be open-minded to adopt new things.
