2. Product & Engineering Leadership

1. Lead engineering teams across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
2. Ensure all systems are built as a cohesive and scalable architecture
3. Establish standards for:
4. Code quality and documentation
5. Testing, QA, and deployment
6. Monitoring and post-release support
7. Manage internal teams, vendors, and external technical partners

3. AI Product Development

1. Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven systems
2. Develop use cases such as:
3. Lead intelligence and segmentation
4. Sales enablement and automation
5. Reporting and document generation
6. Define:
7. AI model strategy (in-house vs third-party)
8. Workflow orchestration and automation
9. Ensure:
10. Data governance and privacy controls
11. Explainable and reviewable outputs

4. Web3 / Digital Asset Infrastructure

Oversee architecture involving:

1. Tokenization platforms and digital asset systems
2. Smart contract integrations
3. On-chain and off-chain data interactions

Ensure systems are:

1. Secure
2. Scalable
3. Operationally viable

5. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

1. Implement controls for:
2. Access management and authentication
3. API and infrastructure security
4. Data protection and system integrity
5. Establish:
6. Backup and disaster recovery plans
7. Monitoring, alerting, and incident response
8. Audit logs and compliance tracking

6. Team Building & Vendor Governance

1. Build and structure the technology team:

3. External vendors and partners
4. Define:

6. Delivery milestones and accountability
7. Ensure clear ownership of:

Job Requirements

1. Required Qualifications
2. 8-12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership
3. Strong experience with modern web architecture:
4. Frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js)
5. Backend development (e.g. Node.js)
6. Solid understanding of databases:
7. Document-based (e.g. MongoDB)
8. Relational systems (e.g. MySQL / PostgreSQL)
9. Experience with:
