Role Description The Chinese SPM Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang. This role involves planning and delivering Chinese language lessons aligned with the SPM curriculum, preparing teaching materials, and designing assessments to measure student progress. The teacher will conduct classroom instruction, facilitate interactive learning activities, and provide additional support to students who need guidance or remediation. Daily responsibilities include monitoring student performance, maintaining accurate records, communicating with parents and guardians when necessary, and participating in staff meetings and school events. The teacher is expected to contribute to a positive school culture and uphold school policies and values. The students are from Form 1 - Form 5, and the teacher is expected to teach all levels.

Qualifications

  • Strong Chinese language and Teaching skills, with experience delivering SPM-level curriculum.
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including creating structured lesson plans and assessments.
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Education, Chinese Language, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learning needs, and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian SPM examination requirements and current teaching methodologies.
  • Commitment to professional ethics, student well-being, and continuous professional development.
