Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chinese Teacher based in Shah Alam, with the flexibility to work from home for certain responsibilities. The Chinese Teacher will develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, teach the Chinese language to students of varying proficiency levels, and monitor their progress. The role includes fostering an interactive and supportive classroom environment and collaborating with the team to refine teaching strategies and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Chinese Teaching
- Solid foundation in Education and Teaching practices
- Effective Communication skills and ability to engage students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
- Proficiency in Mandarin and an understanding of Chinese culture
- Relevant teaching certifications or a degree in Education, Linguistics, or related fields is preferred
