CIVIL 3D MODELER

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CIVIL 3D Modeler role based in Kuching. The CIVIL 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate 3D civil models and drawings using industry-standard software, based on engineering designs and project specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting engineering plans, generating detailed 3D models for civil and infrastructure works, and coordinating with engineers, planners, and project managers to ensure models reflect current design requirements. The role also involves preparing visualizations, optimizing models for clarity and constructability, and implementing revisions based on design changes or client feedback. The CIVIL 3D Modeler will collaborate closely with project teams to support planning, scheduling, and project control activities, while adhering to company standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D Modeling and 3D Design skills, with experience in producing detailed civil or infrastructure models.
• Proficiency with civil engineering design/modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D or similar platforms).
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, CAD, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and commitment to quality and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary project teams on-site in Kuching.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and standards, and support continuous improvement in project workflows.
