Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to join our team on-site in Penang, Malaysia. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet high industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site analysis and inspections, preparing structural designs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. The selected candidate will also ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in all projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in structural design, site analysis, and project planning
• Proficiency in engineering software tools and CAD platforms
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and materials testing
• Effective problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required)
• Professional engineering license or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Experience in sustainable building design and practices is a plus
