Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Managing parts of construction & cleaning services projects
  • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
  • To provide technical advice about, plan, organise and supervise construction projects.
  • Providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma & other equivalent related field
  • Own transport motorcycle & car
  • Can start immediately
  • Active & Good in time management
  • No Preferably sex
  • Good Health
