Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Litigation Lawyer based in Batu Pahat. The Civil Litigation Lawyer will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing legal advice, managing legal issues, representing clients in court, and conducting negotiations. The role involves extensive research, case preparation, and court appearances to effectively represent and defend clients interests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling legal issues and providing legal advice
• Experience with court procedures and negotiations
• Strong understanding of law relevant to civil litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Bar qualification is required
• Prior experience in a law firm is advantageous
