Job Summary
Responsible for inspection, supervision and coordination of civil infrastructure maintenance, repair,
refurbishment and improvement works across the port to ensure safe, reliable and efficient
operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors for civil maintenance, repair, refurbishment and construction works.
- Inspect roads, drainage, buildings, pavements, utilities and other civil assets.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate minor in-house maintenance works.
- Review drawings, specifications and site quality.
- Monitor work progress, safety, quality and compliance with HSSE requirements.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–3 years experience in civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance or construction.
- Infrastructure & building construction supervision experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience supervising contractors, site inspections, QA/QC and progress monitoring.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and prepare reports/cost estimates.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of OSH/HSSE practices; port or industrial experience is an advantage.
