Title:Claim Operations - Cantonese Speaker

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM 4500 RM 5500 (basic salary) + RM 400 (fixed language allowance) + RM 200 (fixed transport allowance)

Job Descriptions:

1. Assess medical claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy

2. Verify medical codes, diagnosis and procedure to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ICD 9, ICD 10, CPT)

3. Escalate enquiries and complex cases to Senior when necessary in line with internal guidelines

4. Process claims payment in accordance with the company's objectives and guideline

5. Prepare claim communication letter

Job Requirements:

1. With 1 - 3 years of experience in medical claims handling

2. With healthcare background is preferred

3. With knowledge of medical terminology, billing codes (ICD 9, ICD 10, CPT) and medical insurance polices is preferred

4. Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and effectively under pressure
