You will be accountable to handle and to process claims efficiently in accordance to the Company's policies and procedures to meet both the Company's objectives and customers expectation and you are expected to liaise with Leaders/Brokers on Inward claims.
You will be responsible to Verify and approve all new claims registration and claims payment.
You will process, assess, recommend, approve and payment of claims within the authority limit (LOA) assigned.
You will ensure claims are properly handled prior to effecting payment of Company's share. This includes proper claims update in CAB system.
You will Maintain an accurate record of all activities relating the claim, updating reserve and follow through on documents to meet the service requirements of the company.
You will review and monitor to sustain the compliance level of settlements and reimbursements of co-insurance/co-takaful & reinsurance/re-takaful claims processed via CAB system and Non CAB.
Job Requirements
You must possess a bachelor's degree in actuarial science or insurance or risk management or its equivalent.
You must have at least 3 years of working experience in claims management or claims recoveries. Having strong technical knowledge with non motor recoveries or inward claims.
You must have good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills to enable further success in this role.
