Job Description

Job Purpose

● To provide assistance to walk-in customers and to answer telephone queries.

● To provide Financial Advisor assistance in terms of administrative matters to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

○ Provide satisfactory service and answer enquiries regarding client services.

○ Attend incoming calls, remind customers of appointments, and arrange new advisory sessions.

○ Ensure customers complete QR walk-in details and possess necessary documents before meeting counselors.

○ Assist customers with CCRIS reports (printing and e-CCRIS activation) and explain contents if needed.

○ Guide customers in creating emails for DMP enrolment and generating letters/certificates (e.g., Rumahku, SSB).

○ Handle enquiries from Financial Institutions and customers regarding account status or DMP applications.

○ Register customer details in the customer portal.

Reports and Statistics:

○ Scan and email bank-in slips for book sales to the Finance and Reporting Department.

○ Email monthly statistical reports to HQ.

○ Submit monthly meter reading reports to Toshiba and monitor monthly Pest Control and service reports.

Branch Operations:

○ Maintain office equipment and ensure sufficient supplies (paper, water, toner, stationery).

○ Monitor and renew fire protection and local authority licenses.

○ Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and secure quotations for branch purchases.

Administration & Others:

○ Support consumer education initiatives to enhance financial literacy.

○ Manage filing (physical and digital), prepare manual attendance reports, and man the reception counter.

○ Update off-site Financial Advisory shared folders and send utility/maintenance bills to HQ for payment.

○ Engage in self-improvement training and execute other assignments as requested by management.

Requirements

Skills: Must possess strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with a quantitative inclination.

Aptitude: Must be mature, confident, and compassionate, as customers are often in distressed conditions.

Experience: While not essential, previous experience in recovery, rehabilitation, or collection functions is desirable
