HL Design Group is an award-winning international design studio practising architecture, master planning, interior design, and environmental signage.
With our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, our multidisciplinary team is seeking an Clerk Of Works with minimum 3 years experience.
Responsibilities
- To check Architectural, Interior Design, Structural and M&E drawings and coordinate with the consultant and contractors to ensure there are no discrepancies
- To check and monitor setting out of the works
- To monitor the coordination of mechanical and electrical services, structure and specialist works with the architectural works
- To inspect and verify that Architectural and Interior Design works are in compliance with the contract drawings and specifications
- To attend all site meetings
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture recognised by the Board of Architects, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial/Retail projects.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Commercial/Retail/Industrial projects (Data Centre experience is beneficial).
- Knowledgeable with inspection and quality assurance procedures, coordination of construction documentation and drawings and reporting, computer literate as well as statutory requirements for CCC.
