As a Client Advisor, you will represent the brand on the front line, creating meaningful client experiences. You will play a key role in driving store performance by delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to sales excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Use client insights, preferences, and purchase history to provide tailored recommendations and personalized service
- Proactively engage clients through in-store interactions and follow-up communications
- Grow and maintain the client database through effective CRM practices
Sales & Product Expertise
- Achieve individual sales targets and key KPIs.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to confidently advise clients and support purchase decisions
- Contribute actively to store sales objectives and overall business performance
- Identify client needs and create opportunities to maximize sales
Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences aligned with luxury service standards
- Create engaging and memorable shopping journeys that reflect the brand's heritage and values
- Use storytelling to introduce product craftsmanship, design, and brand identity
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and handle client feedback professionally and efficiently
Store Operations & Team Support
- Collaborate with team members and management to share client insights and sales opportunities
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Ensure stock is properly organized, maintained, and accessible to support sales efficiency
- Support smooth daily store operations and compliance with store procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, luxury fashion or hospitality
