About the Job

As a Client Advisor, you will represent the brand on the front line, creating meaningful client experiences. You will play a key role in driving store performance by delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to sales excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Building

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
  2. Use client insights, preferences, and purchase history to provide tailored recommendations and personalized service
  3. Proactively engage clients through in-store interactions and follow-up communications
  4. Grow and maintain the client database through effective CRM practices

Sales & Product Expertise

  1. Achieve individual sales targets and key KPIs.
  2. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to confidently advise clients and support purchase decisions
  3. Contribute actively to store sales objectives and overall business performance
  4. Identify client needs and create opportunities to maximize sales

Client Experience & Service Excellence

  1. Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences aligned with luxury service standards
  2. Create engaging and memorable shopping journeys that reflect the brand's heritage and values
  3. Use storytelling to introduce product craftsmanship, design, and brand identity
  4. Ensure excellent after-sales service and handle client feedback professionally and efficiently

Store Operations & Team Support

  1. Collaborate with team members and management to share client insights and sales opportunities
  2. Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  3. Ensure stock is properly organized, maintained, and accessible to support sales efficiency
  4. Support smooth daily store operations and compliance with store procedures

Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in retail, luxury fashion or hospitality
  2. Sales-driven with good understanding of customer needs
  3. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  4. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
