We are looking for an experienced Client & Creator Success Director to help ensure the smooth and successful delivery of client projects while strengthening relationships acros our brand partners and creator community.

This role focuses on driving client satisfaction and creator/KOL engagement by aligning the right teams, talent, and processes to deliver projects effectively. Working closely with our sales, accounts, and strategy teams, you will help translate campaign plans into well-coordinated executions ensuring both clients and creators have a seamless and rewarding collaboration experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong client management skills, operational oversight, and familiarity with influencer and content marketing workflows, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion client satisfaction and creator experience across projects and collaborations.
  • Act as a key coordination point between clients, internal teams (sales, accounts, strategy), and creators/KOLs to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate campaign plans into clear project workflows and execution milestones, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are aligned.
  • Oversee the engagement and coordination of creators/KOLs, ensuring positive partnerships and high-quality content delivery.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client objectives, brand guidelines, and agreed timelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, workflow efficiency, and creator engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in client servicing, project management, or integrated marketing within a digital, influencer, agency or media environment.
  • Experience working with influencer/KOL campaigns and content marketing initiatives.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across clients, internal teams, and creator partners.
  • Experience working with brands in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, F&B, or consumer sectors is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem. Experience in O2O campaigns, including offline activations and event management, is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
