Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Batu Caves, which allows for a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Client Development Assistant will support the business development team by conducting market research, managing client databases, coordinating project timelines, providing administrative assistance, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project success. This role requires versatility and a keen eye for detail to uphold the high standards of Adeptura's service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct effective Research to support client development activities
  • Excellent Communication skills, including ability to correspond professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance to manage documentation, scheduling, and logistical support
  • Basic understanding of Project Management to assist in tracking progress and coordinating tasks
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in corporate training or related industries is a plus
